Shipping and Handling

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing time. Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order within 1–4 business days.

Delivery time. Our products ship from our own and our partners' warehouses, some of which are located outside the EU. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control.

Where we ship. We ship across the EU, the United Kingdom, and selected other countries. Any customs or import duties for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel any time on our Track your order page.
